Instant Much-too-Easy Quiche

This recipe came to us from Ruth REDDEN RUSHBY. It was part of a collection of recipes we received in a handmade ceramic pie dish she gifted to us on our wedding day.

1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1 cup ham or veggies, diced
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 eggs
1 pint cream
1 cup Bisquick
Oregano, to taste

Saute’ onions and garlic.

Mix eggs, cream, Bisquick and oregano. Add in the cheese and veggies or ham. Mix in the onion/garlic saute.

Pour into a greased pie plate. It makes its own crust!

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake for another 20 minutes.
